A link wrapper turns an entire block into a single link, so a whole card is clickable rather than just a button inside it.

Set where it goes, a URL, a page, or a dynamic destination, or give it an on-page action like opening a modal or toggling dark mode. Because the wrapper is the link, everything inside the block becomes the click target.
